If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

To receive a refund, you must first agree to return the product. We offer a 30-day full refund period. If you email us at customerservice@vicorrect.com within 30 days of receiving the product, we will refund the full amount in your original payment method. Requests made after 30 days will be issued as store credit in the form of gift cards. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include a photo with your email and send it within 7 days of delivery.
Once the returned items are back at our warehouse, we process refunds within 5-7 days.
If you initiate a return/refund request within 45 days after delivery, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover the return shipping costs. If you contact us after 45 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
