How do I claim the warranty?

If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, you can either contact Amazon(purchase from Amazon) and follow their steps or you can submit a Return or Exchange request on the Warranty & Return page, or contact us at support@vogcrest.com

How do I clean my VOGCREST device?

Wash the brush surfaces with soap and water, rinse with warm clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Allow device to air-dry.

How often should I charge my cleansing brush?

Please be aware that you must charge your Vogcrest for 2 hours the first time. When you charge your Vogcrest the battery will not develop a memory; therefore, keeping it charged all the time will not harm it or lessen the battery life. You can also charge it when needed.

Can I leave my Vogcrest device outdoors under the sun?

We do not recommend leaving your Vogcrest device outdoors under the sun, as this may damage it.

Can I boil my Vogcrest device?

We do not recommend boiling your Vogcrest device, as this may damage it.

Can I wash my Vogcrest device in the dishwasher?

We do not recommend washing your Vogcrest device in dishwasher, as this may damage it.

MY Vogcrest device does not work and/or charge. What should I do?

In order to find out where the problem lies, please run through the following actions:
Attempt to charge your Vogcrest device. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. If the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:

  • The DC plug is firmly plugged into the DC socket.
  • The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.

If your Vogcrest device has apparently completed charging but still does not work. Your Vogcrest product may be faulty. Please consult the Warranty and Returns page for full information on how to obtain a replacement.

Where are Vogcrest products made?

Vogcrest devices are assembled in China.
